Sarawak mia instant noodle, sponsored by my housemate ... I called it instant mee , as it is cooked very fast-- throw inside the boiling water and 2 seconds it is done!
No, I don't know what it's called . It's true that you can only get the noodles in Sarawak.
That is not the right way to cook the noodle (with baked bean). According to the supplier aka my housemate, the noodle is best to be mixed with oil, with fried onions, and soya sauce.
As usual, I dumped what I left in the fridge to the pot ...
The noodle is not fried , unlike the other instant noodle. It is dried. It tastes a bit like "min-seen", another type of noodles or meesua in hokkien, which my mom used to cook with the ikan bilis soup. It absorbs the sauce quite efficiently , hence I think it is nice to be served with "saucy" "juicy" dish with a superb nice gravy.
The corn aka jagung is sponsored by another housemate.. from the research garden that she is working in.. no.. not GM food, kay!
Who say I don't take care of my diet? Nah! Prove ! kay! I got corn as my vege, egg and bean as protein source , and noodles as carbohydrate. :P blek~
If you know the best way to serve the noodle , tell me ! tell me! It's Sarawak Instant Mee!!!
hehe.. NOW TIME TO EAT!! SLURP SLURP!
